Repro EVA Plastic Granules (Recycled EVA / EVA recycled granule / EVA pigment)

Our raw materials are from EVA foam material or EVA color master batches, such as EVA foam cushions etc. We have researched and developed for many prestigious years. With special reprocess and unique formula, we successfully deoxidize PE & EVA foam material, take away their bubbles and purge impurities by multiple filters. We have devoted ourselves of the environment protection and global warming.

Repro EVA Plastic Granules could be added more than 50% for foam sheet production, and the production can reduce general 50% usage of traditional materials (PE or EVA). Prowang Plastic Granules are price competitive and customers could reduce PE, EVA and Pigment quantity in foaming process while adding Prowang Plastic Granules.

Repro EVA Plastic Granules are granular in appearance and well-dispersal; pigment quantity is about 10% to 20%, which are widely used for plastics and rubber foam products, such as EVA, PE, TPR, NBR, EPDM and other relative foam products. Customers could adjust adding quantity as their reference, usually around 30% to 80%.

Repro EVA Plastic Granules have passed through 8 major Heavy Metals and 24 Azo Dyes Tests. (ASTM Test Result could be provided.)

Instruction: Regular reprocess of foaming. 110 ^oC materials from Internal Mixer, and about 165~170 ^oC from Hydraulic Press Machine.

Application: PE Foam, EVA Foam, TPE Foam, Slippers, Flip-Flops Soles, Sports Shoes Insoles & Outsoles, Injection Products, Mat Foam Materials, Perambulator Solid Tires, Safety Helmet Linings, Anti-Slip Pads, baggage Inner Pads and Floating Equipments.

Foam Hardness: range from 25 to 90, could adjust according to customers’ need.

Foam Ratio: could be adjusted accordingly.

Foam Color: Customers could add as much pigments or color pellets as their requirements.

Quality Guarantee: Prowang Repro EVA Plastic Granules are mixed more than two times by a large-scale stirrer. The capacity of the stirrer drum is 12 tons. Quality and Color Stablility are assured by customers.

EVA Foam Sample Prescription and Reprocess Instruction

Internal Mixer: 110~115 ^oC material

Mixing Mill: wait for the cooling of the plastic sheet and then put into the mold of Hydraulic Machine in room temperature to die assembly.

Hydraulic Machine: Set 165^oC, open the mold after 10 minutes and foam complete.

Foaming Time: 600 seconds.

Machine Module Size: 360mm x 250mm x 7.5mm

Foam Sheet Size: 720mm x 500mm x 16mm

Foam Ratio: 2 times.

Foam Hardness: about 35.

EVA Foam Sample Adding Formula Test Resource: Prowang Laboratory

l            Customers could adjust granules adding quantity as their reference, usually around 30% to 90%.

l            Customers could modulate quantity of CaCO3 in accordance with products quality.

l            Customers could add as much pigments or color pellets as their requirements.

l            Customers could regulate additives, such as TS or Znst etc. depend on the foam time.

l            Formula provided for customers’ reference. Clients could adjust original prescription by adding repro EVA granules.
